Richard Blacklee FRICS MCIArb and Stephen Smith BSc FRICS formed their Practice in January 1994. The roots of the current business date back to 1980 when Richard Blacklee founded Blacklee Chartered Surveyors in St Giles Street, Northampton. 

The firm offers expertise in all aspects of commercial agency, investment, development, landlord & tenant including rent review and lease renewal negotiations, and valuations for all types of industrial/warehouse, office and retail property. Clients include major banks and institutions, property companies, developers and investors, and an extensive private client base.
