The partners Richard Blacklee FRICS MCIArb and Stephen Smith BSc FRICS formed the Practice in January 1994. The partners adopt a hands on approach to instructions.  They believe personal contact with clients is essential to establishing a good working relationship frequently leading to repeat business. 

The firm offers expertise in all aspects of commercial agency, investment, development, landlord & tenant including rent review and lease renewal negotiations, and valuations for all types of industrial/warehouse, office and retail property. Clients include major banks and institutions, property companies, developers and investors, and an extensive private client base.
