Blacklee Smith Ltd is a specialist Commercial Property Estate Agency Practice.

Richard Blacklee FRICS MCIArb and Stephen Smith BSc FRICS formed the Practice in January 1995.

The partners already had considerable experience of the local property market and saw an opening for a niche commercial property specialist.

Blacklee Smith provides property advice to international, national and local clients.

Richard Blacklee qualified in 1974 and has been a member of the RICS President's Panel of Approved Arbitrators and Independent Experts for over 15 years.  Dispute Resolution, principally commercial property rent reviews, forms a major part of the Practice.

Steve Smith qualified in 1980.  Formerly a director of a leading chartered surveyor subsidiary of Royal Insurance he specialises in commercial property, acquisition, sales and development.

The partners adopt a hands on approach to instructions.  They believe personal contact with clients is essential to establishing a good working relationship frequently leading to repeat business.
